After midnight we'll be new

Well here's s fun fact for everyone: I am posting this from my new iPod touch as I hula hoop in the middle of my room :). This new year in about 12 hours thing has got me feeling kind of nostalgic. Is anyone else scared by how rapidly time goes by? It terrifies me.
This year I learned how a good relationship should be, what I want from life, how I want to be known, and that I actually kind of love myself.
Don't change for anyone because if they don't like who you are you wouldn't get along with them anyways.
I've already made my resolutions, so now I challenge all who are reading this to make at least three and keep at least one :).
It's a new year...so remove all of the toxicity from your life, love yourself and others equally, and have a great new year, despite the road bumps life will throw us all.
Let's all work together to make 2011 a sparkling year :)

Life has been a-crazy lately! So many changes, so much to do, I can't keep up! But now here I am on a lazy Sunday taking a homework/scholarship break, finally layin back and blogging :)

Sometimes things happen in life and you don't know if you will ever go on...if you will ever be okay.

But those things happen so that better things can come along,

without the bad there will never be any good.

Without the bad, you will never realize you have good in your life.

A wise friend once told me, whatever happens in you're life, smile, and things will be that much better.

So when that something happens...that thing that makes you feel like life won't go on, and you feel like you'll never be happy again....

Sparkly Evening

The flowers just keep smiling at me. They add extra sparkle to the sparkles on my disco ball of life. Most sparkles need light to sparkle....but my sparkles don't :).

Fairy Tales....Why don't they call them Princess Tales?

Woopsie DAISIES! :)

Peacies!

 I am so sorry for the neglection of the happy blog lately.

I spent Thursday til today with my boyfriend who lives 250 miles away. The winding windy winder wasn't too bad to drive on! I made it home in one peace--which was my goal.

I got beautiful pink daisies from him :) DAISIES! PINK! Oh so happy.

Anyways, it is hot fudge sundae again, and I'm looking forward to Halloween in oNeWeEk! I am going to be a candy fairy...the costume is quite marvelous...one of my lovely beautiful sisters made me a tutu for it!

Sundae with Sprinkles

I love Sundays.
     It's full of clean sheets, catching up on homework, watching Wedding Sunday on the WE channel, and a chance to sit cross legged on my bed and sing to new songs on my iPod.

                                                  I really do just love them.

But today is a Sunday with sprinkles.
             There is no thunder cloud of a full week of school sagging over my head. School gets out on Wednesday this week (woot!) and then on Thursday I am going on a road trip with myself to visit my boyfriend about 250 miles away on a scary winding road(more on the winder later this week).
I love sprinkles :). 
                       So with the wispy clouds of a happy week square dancing around my head, I can say, "WOOT FOR SUNDAY!" with the true happiness of a sundae with sprinkles. :)

Count on a Hand

Today I wore the most mermaidy sparkly green shirt ever. It was so beautiful it uplifted my mood all day. I can count on a centipede's hand how many nice comments I got on it. That's a fun phrase, count on a hand. It can mean something goodish, such as "I can count on one hand how many candy bars I ate today." Or something not that good...like "I can count on one hand how many hugs I have ever received in my life." That last one could be a small problem.
I can count on one hand the number of boyfriends I have had.
I can also count on one hand the number of fingers I have.
